Jakill & Hyde – The Musical, a production strongly supported by Shona Farrell, Artistic Director of BSMT Bologna, was reimagined with a contemporary twist.
The protagonist, Dr. Jekyll, embodies the role of the scientist deeply immersed in research — a clear parallel to the work of doctors during the lockdown period.
At the same time, Hyde’s madness is linked to the outbreaks of racism and violence that marked the recent historical context.
