When Carraro reached out to us, time was short and the challenge was big: to create an event that could convey the company’s founding values to over 1,500 people — in less than a month.
This wasn’t just a convention. It was something deeper: a moment where the company’s identity had to take shape, voice, and presence.
We took on the challenge as we always do: starting with listening, with vision, and with the need to give weight to words like “values,” “belonging,” and “future.”
We built a solid and engaging narrative structure, taking care of everything — from art direction to stage direction, from content writing to video production, from hosting to speaker training for the managers stepping on stage.
Renato Geremicca led the event in our signature style — the one that doesn’t impose, but guides. The one that puts meaning at the center, while enhancing the power of performance.
And when meaning meets entertainment, the result isn’t just a show. It’s something unforgettable.

We created five original videos, each dedicated to one of the company’s core values, starting from real internal testimonies. No actors, just real people. No rhetoric, just stories told with honesty, rhythm, and care.
Behind the scenes, we worked with top management, helping them prepare to take the stage with authenticity and presence. Not to “perform,” but to be themselves — in the best possible way.
The result was a powerful, heartfelt event that left a mark.
A moment of genuine sharing, where an entire company paused to look in the mirror — and recognize itself.
