Kindness Theatre is an experiential project where the core concepts of Gentle Leadership take center stage.

After an initial journey through the world of communication and the history of theatre, managers are invited to step out of their comfort zone: guided by actor-coaches and through the discovery of archetypes, they take part in an improvisation-based happening, performing content they have personally developed and bringing it to the stage with the curtain up.
