Pietro Buccarelli is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience, recognized as one of the leading experts in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate law.

He was a long-time partner at Gianni & Origoni, where he held key positions and founded the Bologna office.
He is now a Partner at PwC Legal and Head of Regional and EMEA Legal Activities.

Graduated in Law from the University of Bologna, he also studied at Queen Mary & Westfield College in London.
He is a member of the Bar Association and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in London.
