The Wikies
The First Corporate Web Series Produced Entirely in Full Remote

The Wikies is an innovative project conceived and produced by GereBros for Enel — a training-focused web series created entirely through remote production.
Born from Enel’s need to deliver educational content for its corporate intranet, the project proved that high-quality video can be made without traditional studios, directly involving employees in the production process.

Following an intensive brainstorming phase, GereBros developed a 14-episode format with a strong and consistent visual identity, crafted by designer Ubaldo Righi.
The casting process included over 60 Enel employees, selected through Zoom sessions by Renato Geremicca, who also provided remote acting coaching and directorial support.

The participants received detailed tutorials on how to write an effective script, set up a basic shooting environment, and record independently using simple tools like smartphones and webcams.
Once the footage was submitted, the GereBros team standardized the clips, added graphics, and completed the editing — delivering a highly professional final product.

The project delivered three key benefits for Enel: high-quality training content, production autonomy in smart working conditions, and an effective internal coaching program.

“The Wikies” stands as an innovative model for corporate content production, proving that creativity and technology can overcome physical limitations and turn internal communication into an engaging, interactive experience.
