Key words: sobriety, elegance, engagement, and the solidity of the Number 4.The result: a two-part concept combining a high-impact Show Meeting and a multi-performance musical piece titled elements. All set in the evocative atmosphere of the 17th-century Palazzo Albergati in Bologna. The Christmas Event Meeting was our first major project — a turning point that allowed us to consolidate both our vision and working method, placing storytelling at the heart of event design. We’ve always believed that the narrative of an event doesn’t end with its execution. It must be lived, documented, and retold through multiple languages in order to capture its essence and emotional impact. That’s why, alongside the photographic report — entrusted to the talent of Rocco Casaluci, a professional photographer known for his vivid and dynamic approach to reportage — we decided to take a bold step forward: we created a real documovie. We were pioneers. Until then, it was common to produce basic event videos, simply cutting footage to a music track. But we dared to go further, investing in a cinematic-style documentary that gave voice to those who created the event — highlighting the people, the process, and the energy behind the scenes. To bring this vision to life, we brought on board a very young Riccardo Pittaluga — now an established director and videomaker — who managed to give the documentary a cinematic and reportage-style depth. Together, we told the story of the people who make the difference: the show professionals, the behind-the-scenes workers who turn an idea into a memorable experience. The event was a success, and we decided to submit it to the GrandPrix Relational Strategies. And that year, as true outsiders, we won the award for Best Convention Event.
